IMPORTANT:
To make sure the confetti sticks to the inner side of the balloon before popping, once the balloon is filled with air and tied, rub the outer of the balloon on soft fabric to create static.

Please note that this kit comes in a flat pack for your own construction. The estimated time to construct the kit is around 3-5 minutes and is EASY to assemble.
